The Dental Co had been in business for 6 years and had tried multiple different marketing agencies with average results. After being recommended our services from one of our clients, The Dental Co came on board ready to improve their online results and grow their practice.
After conducting a complete analysis of the entire analytics and customer journey we found a few glaring issues. The website was converting traffic at less then 1% and the advertisements were too broad, often reaching irrelevant search traffic.
The plan was to rebuild the website with a modern design built with psychological principles to make the highest converting dentist website possible. We significantly further optimised the Google ads by honing in on the best search terms and aggressively spending on those while dialling back on the general terms. Lastly, we added display retargeting as many patients were taking a few weeks to make a decision on who to call for more expensive services.
Through rebuilding the Google Ads strategy, refining the targeting and testing 100’s of advertisements to find winning performers we saw a 300%+ increase in the online leads.
With use of a funnel built in with display retargeting the quality of the leads improved with more high end service enquiries coming through.
